Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Wrldwide reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Limited-edition items specifically marked as non-returnable.

  • Final sale items and promotional clearance products, where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Wrldwide cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
